Manufacturer's 1-YR Warranty:
All handsets are covered by a one-year manufacturers' warranty. The phone must be shipped back to the 8525 Accessories Returns Department with a copy of the original invoice and a detailed explanation of the alleged defect or problem. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear from use of the product. Upon receipt of a manufacturer’s defective phone, it will be shipped out to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. This process could take anywhere from 30-60 days depending on where we have to send and receive the phone from.
Out-of-Box Failures:
For all the phones that are out of the box failures, 8525 Accessories will exchange within 5 (five) days of the delivery date. Any such return must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. Assuming the product is returned in satisfactory condition and with all items inside of the box, a replacement phone will be provided. 8525 Accessories reserves the right to substitute any phone with one of like quality and value. Phones received after 10 days of the delivery time will not be accepted for return and no refund or exchange will be provided. We will ship the late phones back to you at your expense.
Returns
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with any or all of the products, they may be returned within 5 days of the delivery date. All components must be returned in a "like-new" condition. Any return product must be in the original packaging; including the original manufacturer's box inserts, documentation, warranty cards (not filled out or tampered with), manuals, and all accessories; and accompanied by the original receipt. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer boxes in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you at your expense. If you reject that return shipment, 8525 Accessories reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. If you paid for your order using a wire transfer, your refund will be issued as a company check. Credit card orders will receive the refund back on the same card that was used to purchase the product.
Assuming the product is returned in satisfactory condition, a refund, less a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping charge, will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. (Should the order have been shipped via ground shipping, a flat fee of $15 will be charged as the shipping charge). Should an order be rejected at point of delivery, as it has been processed and shipped from 8525 Accessories, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges for shipping to and from your address (on all free shipping ground orders the shipping will be $30. i.e, $15 each way shipping).
